The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property has announced a national Competition for the conceptual architectural design of the "Oktoih" elementary school pavilion in Podgorica.
The subject of the competition is the selection of the best conceptual architectural design for the construction of a new school facility - the "Oktoih" Elementary School pavilion at UP13, including the landscaping of the existing schoolyard at UP12, in Podgorica. This project is planned within the scope of the Detailed Urban Plan "Residential Community VII - Stara Varoš - amendments and supplements" (Official Gazette of Montenegro - municipal regulations no. 51/16).
The deadline for submitting questions was Wednesday, March 20, 2024, and the deadline for the publication of questions and answers is until Friday, March 29, 2024
