The Office of the Chief Urban Architect of the Municipality of Berane has announced a national competition for the conceptual architectural solution of the facility - the market in Berane.
The aim of the competition is to obtain the best architectural solution, maximally functional and economical, rational and fully implementable and sustainable, through the instrument of public tendering, as the highest quality platform for filtering architectural excellence, for which the development of project-technical documentation will be contracted in further phases. This means that the competition solution should have all the basic technical contents of the conceptual solution, necessary for further procedure.
Competition deadlines:
The competition is open from Monday, March 25, 2024.
The deadline for submitting works is 13:00 (Local time in Montenegro) on Monday, May 27, 2024.
All participants can ask questions regarding the competition until Monday, April 8, 2024, after which all received questions and answers will be published on the website of the Municipality of Berane no later than Monday, April 22, 2024.

The results of the competition will be announced by Monday, June 17, 2024.
After the decision of the jury and the submission of the final report, the organizer of the competition will officially announce the results of the competition on the official website of the Municipality: www.berane.me
The total fund for awarding prizes, jury work, reporters and organization of the competition is €30,000.00.
The total prize fund amounts to €22,000.00 in the following amounts:
First prize €11,000.00
Second prize €7,000.00
Third prize €3,000.00
One purchase €1,000.00
