The Ministry of of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property has announced a Competition For Conceptual architectural design of the Museum of contemporary art, Natural history museum and Park of arts&culture with associated cultural facilities (hereinafter: Competition).
Considering the recent restructuring of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property, including changes in the leadership of organizational units within the Ministry, as well as the fact that one of the jury members, Dominique Perrault, is unable to participate in the evaluation of competition entries due to previously scheduled commitments, there have been changes to the jury composition, and the deadline for submission of competition entries has been extended. This decision particularly acknowledges the efforts and time invested by participants in developing their competition solutions thus far.
Competition deadlines:
Deadline for submission of entries is 13:00h (local Montenegro time) on Monday, April 8, 2024.
The results of the Competition will be announced by Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
Following the decision of the Jury and submission of the Final report of the Jury, the Competition Announcer shall publish the results of the Competition on the official website of the Competition: www.architecturalcompetitions.me.

The members of the Competition Jury are:
1. Novica Mitrović, M.Arch., predsident of the Professional Chamber of Architects at the Chamber of Engineers of Montenegro - President of the Jury;
2. Odile Decq, Studio Odile Decq – expert member;
3. Maurizio Meossi, Zaha Hadid Architects. – expert member;
4. Robert Schmitz, White Arkitekter – expert member;
5. Mike Wood, studio ARUP, expert member;
6. Nevena Jovović, M.Arch., Acting Director General of the Directorate of Spatial Planning in the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urban Planning and State Property - member, representative of the competition announcer;
7. Vladislav Šćepanović, director of the Museum of Contemporary art of Montenegro – member.
