Pursuant to Article 31 of the rulebook on the manner and procedure of announcing and conducting a public competition for a conceptual architectural solution ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 19/18), the Ministry of Ecology, spatial planning and urbanism adopted:
Decision
on the suspension of the competition procedure for the selection of the conceptual architectural design of the Center for the reception of animals from the CITES list and the ZOO with The Associated contact zone in Berane.
Explanation
The Ministry of Ecology, spatial planning and Urbanism is on 22.07.2022. the decision was made to announce a competition for the conceptual architectural design of the Center for the reception of animals from the CITES list and the ZOO with The Associated contact zone in Berane.
The competition was open from July 29 to September 30, 2022
Upon expiry of the deadline for submission of tender works, determined by the decision, he is rapporteur with the president of the jury on 07.11.2022. he made a record of the receipt of works from which it is concluded that two works were submitted to the competition. Article 31 of the rulebook on the manner and procedure of announcing and conducting a public competition for conceptual architectural solution ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 19/18) stipulates that the tenderer suspends the competition procedure if, after the deadline for submission of works, the minimum number of tendering works determined by the announcement of the competition has not been submitted. As the announcement stipulates that the minimum number of submitted works is three, the decision was made to suspend the competition procedure for the selection of the conceptual architectural design of the Center for the reception of animals from the CITES list and the ZOO with The Associated contact zone in Berane.
