The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property announced a national competition on April 14th 2026, for creating a Concept Architectural Design for the extension of the existing building of the Bar Association of Montenegro in Podgorica.
The subject of the competition is the development of a conceptual architectural design for the purpose of upgrading the existing building of the Bar Association of Montenegro, on urban plot UP1, within the scope of the Detailed Urban Plan 'Nova Varoš 2' ('Official Gazette of Montenegro', No. 032/18), in Podgorica. The deadline for submission of entries was Monday, June 15th, 2026, by 12:00 PM (local time in Montenegro).
