Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism of Montenegro announced an International Competition for the conceptual architectural design of the building of the general hospital in Pljevlja.
The subject of the competition is the creation of a conceptual architectural solution for the building of the general hospital in Pljevlja, on UP1, which includes cadastral plot no. 507/1 KO Pljevlja, in the scope of the Detailed Urban Plan "Mali Logor" ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - municipal regulations" no. 13/15). The area covered by the tender is 15,390.00 m².
The deadline for submission of design solutions was 23:59 (UTC+1) Friday, April 14th, 2023.
Preliminary jury report:
The opening of the competition works was carried out by the reporters with the President of the Jury, Vladan Stevović, on April 15, 2023. The Report on opening of the Competition entries has been prepared, which is an integral part of this Report. It was noted that 49 competition entries were submitted on Friday, April 14, 2023, by 23:59h (UTC+1), while 9 competition entries were submitted after the scheduled deadline. Reporters have downloaded folders with the indication "author's data" for safekeeping, in which the jury does not have access to, until the determination of the final ranking list of participants and signing the decision on the distribution of prizes.
Three full jury sessions were held on April 20th, April 21st and April 22nd, 2023.
At the third session, on April 22nd, 13 competition entries were reviewed and evaluated, which were previously selected as a shortlist at the second jury session.
Six competition entries entered the final round, under the codes: 17872, 47269, 18021, 12224, 38213 i 01144.
In the procedure of evaluation of the 6 competition entries shortlisted for the final round, the Jury has decided that it is not possible to make a decision on one first-placed entry, and that the competition continues as an extended competition, in accordance with Article 5 of the Rulebook on the manner and procedure of announcing and implementing a public competition for a preliminary urban-architectural design ("Official Gazette of Montenegro" No. 19/18).
The jury formulated the clear tasks and obligations of equalparticipants in the extended competition, which are submitted to the participants on the day of publication of this Report.
Deadline:
The deadline for submission of adjusted competition entries according to the comments of the Jury is 23:59 (UTC+1) Tuesday, May 30th, 2023, after which the Jury will evaluate the above mentioned competition entries and determine the final ranking list of participants and make a decision on the distribution of prizes.
