The Municipality of Kolašin invites architects and multidisciplinary design teams to participate in the National Competition for the Conceptual Architectural Design of the Public Institution Day Care Centre for Children and Youth with Developmental Disabilities in Kolašin, Montenegro.
The competition seeks an innovative, functional and architecturally distinguished design proposal that responds to the urban, spatial and environmental context of Kolašin while creating a safe, accessible and stimulating environment for children and young people with developmental disabilities, as well as for their families, caregivers and the Centre’s staff.
The project is expected to establish a contemporary public facility that promotes inclusion, accessibility and high-quality care through thoughtful architectural design.
