The Municipality of Bar has announced a competition for the conceptual architectural design of a public parking garage in Bar.
The subject of the Competition is the development of a conceptual architectural design for a public parking garage at the location — urban plot A2-UP3, Block 2, Zone A, consisting of cadastral parcels No. 5825/8 and 5827/5, Cadastral Municipality Novi Bar, within the scope of the Detailed Urban Plan “Topolica IV” in the Municipality of Bar.
Participants are expected to propose design solutions that follow contemporary architectural trends and feature a recognizable form aligned with functional requirements. The proposed solution should be economically sustainable, incorporating modern technologies aimed at achieving energy efficiency and reducing negative environmental impact.
Furthermore, the facility should integrate modern parking standards, energy efficiency measures, landscape design, and architectural integration into the surrounding urban context, all in accordance with the guidelines defined in the competition brief and accompanying competition materials.
The deadline for submission of entries is February 8, 2026.
